It was a great pleasure to have delivered the Convocation address at the 23rd Convocation of Dr. MGR Medical University. This is one of the best programmes that I have attended. I was impressed with the several measures you have taken to enrich the graduates and postgraduates in all disciplines. I fondly mentioned about your father Dr. Natarajan, who would have been happy with your pioneering efforts in health education and training.

The function was very memorable. It was very nice meeting with some of the reputed healthcare providers who have played significant role in improving healthcare delivery over the last few decades. The recognition given by the Dr. MGR Medical University to the illustrious doctors for their contribution in healthcare is highly commendable. This will show a great impetus to the current general to emulate their example.
