  • He is the first person, who had performed the 1st Heart Transplant Surgery in the year 1995 in South India
  • Served as Zonal Medical referee of South India for LIC for more than 10 years
  • Serving as Chairman, Screening Committee, “Idhayam Kappom” Project, constituted by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil nadu for recommending free by- pass surgery for the needy poor patients
