ADMISSION INTO MASTER IN MEDICINE (FAMILY MEDICINE) COURSE THROUGH DISTANCE EDUCATION
MODE.
The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R.Medical University, No.69, Anna Salai, Guindy, Chennai – 600 032, conducts “Master in Medicine (Family
Medicine) Degree Course” of two years duration (100 number of seats per year) which consists of Clinical Classes at Chennai based
Government Medical College Hospitals and Theory Classes at the University Premises, scheduled to be conducted on the 1st Friday of
every Month for 1st year candidates and 2nd Friday of every month for 2nd year Candidates.
The Seventh Batch of Master in Medicine (Family Medicine) is scheduled to be started from 03.08.2018.
The application is available in the Website of the University. Those who aspire to undergo the course may download the application
form and filled in Applications with enclosure along with a online payment of Rs.1000/- (www.tnmgrmu.ac.in → Online Remittance
System → Payment gateway for student and others → Click → Click here for other fees) or payment through IOB Challan at University
Branch may be sent to “The Head of the Department, Department of Medical Education and Curriculum Development” of this University
duly enclosing the attested Xerox Copies of MBBS degree Certificate, State Council Registration Certificate, CRRI Certificate,
Transfer Certificate or Course Completion certificate and Community Certificate on or before 10.08.2018.Selection of candidates
is based on their date of completion of CRRI. The list of provisionally Selected candidates will be published in the University
website: www.tnmgrmu.ac.in. The selected candidates shall pay the course fee of Rs.17,500/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand
Five Hundred Only) and Registration Fee of Rs.5800/- (Rupees Five Thousand Eight Hundred only) separately, in the form of
Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Registrar, The Tamilnadu Dr.MGR Medical University payable at Chennai” at the
